AUCTION RULES/POLICIES EFFECTIVE MAY 4, 2020:

- You must possess a current/valid driver’s license in order to sign-up. State issued ID cards cannot be used in place of a driver’s license.

- A refundable $10 sign-up fee will be collected when signing in and refunded or applied to the payment for your vehicle after the auction is finished. Exact currency only, change will not be given. You must return your bid card the day of the auction to receive the refund.

- Sign-up will end at 2:15 PM for All auctions.

- Only individuals with a bid number will be allowed on the tow yard property.

- You must be 18 years or older to sign-up and bid.

- Tow yard owners and/or their representatives reserve the right to remove any individual not following these rules/policies or displaying any behavior deemed unacceptable.
